Join us for an exquisite culinary journey that not only highlights seasonal and local flavors but also emphasizes the bond between our tables and the local farms that nourish our community. Meacham Urban Farm, in partnership with ArtisTree Garden, is thrilled to invite you to a dinner that celebrates the very best of local agriculture and sustainable dining practices.

Our six-course family-style/plated dinner is an ode to the full farm experience, from the very ground that grows our ingredients to the communal tables where we share our meals. The event kicks off with a farm tour and vegetable harvest at 6pm, followed by food service starting at 7pm. Enjoy a surprise amuse-bouche from our chefs before diving into the main menu, all while savoring the atmosphere of a BYOB gathering.

Dress comfortably and join us in an unpretentious atmosphere where every dish is made with love and a commitment to quality and sustainability. 

Our menu, featuring ingredients exclusively sourced from local farms, includes:

Sundried Vegetable Crostini

·  Sundried Tomato Sourdough provided by local artisans 

·  Fresh Tomato Meat from ArtisTREE Gardens

·  Drizzled with Basil-Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) and Balsamic both from the State of Florida

Eggplant Dolmades

·  Grape Leaves filled with a mix of Eggplant, Lemon, Rice, and Olives

·  Prepared with Lemon-Infused EVOO 

Micro Green Salad

·  A fresh assembly of Salad Microgreens, Radish, Arugula, and Sunflower seeds.

·  Dressed in Honey Mustard Vinaigrette featuring Honey-Infused EVOO, complemented by Carrot Top Pesto and Pickled Mustard Seeds.

·  Adorned with Edible Flowers (marigolds)

Roasted Pepper Medley

·  Shishito Peppers and Poblanos roasted in Garlic-Infused EVOO

Main Dish Orzo & Roasted Beets w/ Protein

·  Orzo combined with a medley of greens including Broccoli Leaves, Brussel Sprout Greens, Stir-Fry Greens, Cauliflower Greens, and Mustard Greens.

·  Sauteed with Onions and Garlic in Herb-Infused EVOO, alongside Veggie Broth, Whole Peas, and Cubed Carrots.

·  Protein options of either Chicken & Lamb Gumbo or Lions Mane and Oyster Mushrooms, catering to all preferences.

·  Red and Yellow Beets topped with Whipped Feta mixed with honey and carrot top pesto, beautifully garnished with Flowers (orange marigolds and Nasturtiums)

Tomato & Strawberry Tart

·  A harmonious blend of Tomato, Strawberry, Raisins, and Honey on a flaky Puff Pastry.

·  Decorated with Edible Flowers, Candied Oranges, and Basil Infused Whipped Cream, each element infused with a touch of Basil-Infused EVOO

Each dish on this menu not only showcases the bounty of local farms but also the creativity and sustainability at the heart of this culinary event. From the vegan options to the carefully sourced meats, every ingredient is chosen to highlight the community's agricultural richness and the chefs' innovative vision. Join us for an evening where every bite tells a story of commitment to sustainability and community.
